Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM H. CROYDON SR. Peacefully, on May 28, 2007, at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Bill passed away at the age of 75 years. He was predeceased by his parents and three brothers. His memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife of 51 years, Evelyne; his daughter Deborah; son William Jr. (Lynn); five grandchildren, four and one-half great-grandchildren; brother Tom; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Bill was born on the family farm in Warren, MB, where he resided until going to serve with the R.C.A.F. It was through this that he met the love of his life Evelyne in 1955 and not long after were married. Together they raised their two children in Winnipeg. Bill worked with Shore Glass, Moores Taxi and Winnipeg Transit, retiring from the latter after 30 years of service. There will be many fond memories of past camping trips and excursions across Canada. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers donations in Bill's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
