Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBILL (SWANEE) KLYM February 28, 1932 May 30, 2007 It is with sadness that the family of Bill Klym announces his sudden passing, at his residence, on May 30, 2007. Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife Martha, of 51 years; his parents, Fred and Lena; his brothers, Paul, Peter, Alex and Myron. Remaining to forever cherish his memory are his children, Douglas (Jeanette), Brenda, Beverly, Daniel (Debbie) and Pam (Dan); grandchildren, Cory, Nicole, Kristy, Rob, Carol, Billy, Jesse, Brody and Lexy; great-grandchild Deidre; sisters, Nettie Krenkevich, Elsie Sherman (Vancouver), Elizabeth, and brother Andrew (Heather). Bill was born in Sandy Lake, MB where he attended school, then moved to Winnipeg and was employed by Canada Packers Ltd. for 43 years until his retirement in 1992. Bill was happiest when surrounded by his family and friends. They were an important part of his life. He was highly respected in the neighbourhood and community and would not hesitate to help someone in need. He was there with a huge heart, a big hand and non-judgemental. Bill loved nature and enjoyed spending time at his cabin at Sandy Lake, MB. He loved his pet squirrel and the birds he fed regularly. Bill's passions were fishing, taking photos of his family, friends and nature scenes. He even developed a green thumb to keep his yard picture perfect. Bill was a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He touched the lives of everyone he came across, whether it was bargaining at a yard sale or rescuing baby geese in traffic. In keeping with Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will have a private celebration of his life at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to: Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 885-9715
