MARGARET (PEGGY) BARKER It is with deep sorrow and loss that we announce the sudden passing of our mother and grandmother, Peggy. She was predeceased by George her husband of 39 years and two grandsons, Robert and Brian. Peggy (Nana) will be dearly missed by her three children, Joann, Stewart and Heather (Bernie) and grandchildren, George, Raymond, Tom, David, Margaret, Linda, Heather, Tracey, Brian, Mark, Michael, Benjamin and Rory and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Peggy was a loving mother and grandmother. At age 62 Peggy found a passion for painting and paper toling. Her paintings are hanging on the walls of her children, grandchildren and friends. The family would like to thank all the staff at Meadowood Manor for their love and support in caring for Peggy. According to her wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial service to be held Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Meadowood Manor, 577 St. Anne's Road, with Pastor Hamm officiating. Flowers greatly declined, donations in her memory may be given to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, 730 Taylor Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R3M 2K8. Arrangements entrusted to: Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 885-9715
