DOLORES PATRICIA VERSCHOORE (nee REUTHER) May 18, 1928 - May 31, 2007 Dolores passed away peacefully on Thursday night at the age of 79 after a long struggle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. She is survived by her five children, Roger, Leslie (Joyce), Debbie (Kerry), Rocky (Sarah) and Sherry (Wayne); 20 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her twin sisters, Mamie and Joan; her sister-in-law, Lottie and numerous nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Carl; two grandsons, Paul and Lee; her parents, Michael and Vera; her brothers, Fred, Percy and Ernie, her sisters; Esther, Clara, Peggy and Dorothy. Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). Special thank you to her nephew Dick and Ann in Vancouver, who even though you lived far away, you always kept her spirits up and made her feel special and to her friend Pat who was there everyday keeping her company and making her coffee.
