Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJUNE JESSIE SCHLAMP (nee SADLER) On June 6, 2007, with her family by her side, June Jessie Schlamp peacefully passed away. June will be lovingly missed by her husband of 56 years, Harold; and their daughters, Pamela, Deborah, Cheryl of Kansas, Randie of Wisconsin and Kristine of Washington; and their grandchildren, Lyndsey, Kelly, Jason, Jessie and Kurtis. June is survived by her aunt Wynnie Oliver. June (Jackie), only child of Frank and Frances Sadler, was born on June 9, 1928, in Winnipeg, growing up with and marrying her lifelong sweetheart, Hal. June was not only a loving and doting wife, but also an extra special Muzzie and Nanna. June was an easy going individual with a contagious laugh. As long as her husband, children and grandchildren were present she was happy and content. The family cottage at Eleanor Lake was her haven where innumerable wonderful memories were created during countless summers. June enjoyed golf and was an avid curler, being President of the Heather Ladies Curling Club. June was involved in the community through Girl Guides of Canada as a Brown Owl and the President of the Tuxedo Ladies Investment Club. Even with her busy life, June found time to read. She was a voracious reader. June met everyone and every challenge with a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her face. Nothing was ever too much. Forever in our hearts. We love you. Cremation and a private memorial service have taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or the Canadian Diabetes Foundation. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
