Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGORDON KIDD August 7, 1938 - June 15, 2007 Gord Kidd began his life in Brandon, Manitoba, then moved to Winnipeg, where he had many diverse interests through the years. He was a very private person who had many friends and will be sadly missed. Gord was a joy to be around and lived life to the fullest with all his friends and relatives. He always had a twinkle in his eye. He enjoyed the time he spent at the cottage fishing and visiting with the neighbours for happy hour. Gord is survived by his son Gary Kidd of Winnipeg; his mother Doris Kidd; sister Marion (Glen) Kreller; nephew David Kreller, and niece Alison (Lorne) Demchuk and their two children, Ella and Adam all of St. Albert, Alberta. He is also survived by long-time friend and companion Judy Demski; son James (Shelley) and children, Nicolas, AJ, Ava and Natasha who were all very special to Gord. He was predeceased by his father Alvin Kidd; his first wife Lynn (Murray), and later Diane (Citulak) - mother of Gary. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, June 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 1531 Pembina Hwy. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent in Gord's memory to a charity of your choice. Gord, we all have beautiful memories filled with Joy and Laughter. The world is richer because you lived.
