GEORGETTE HADDAD Georgette Haddad passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at the Douglas Campbell Lodge in Portage la Prairie, MB at the age of 94 years. She was born June 3, 1913 on Gomaz Street in Winnipeg, MB. Georgette is predeceased by her parents, Abraham and Annie Haddad, brother George and sister-in-law Merle, brother Edward, sisters-in-law, Katie Haddad and Ann Haddad. She is survived by sisters, Josephine of Winnipeg, MB and Evelyn (Mona) of Nanaimo, BC, brother Joseph and sister-in-law Thelma and brother John all of Brandon, MB, sister-in-law Evelyn of Portage la Prairie, MB along with nieces, Katherine and family of British Columbia, Tanis and family of Portage la Prairie, MB, nephews, David and family of British Columbia, Keith and family of Winnipeg, MB and Clegg and family of Portage la Prairie, MB. Family and friends are invited to a Service of Remembrance led by Wilma Shirriff on Friday, June 22, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel, 56 Royal Rd. S., Portage la Prairie, MB. Private interment to take place. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Georgette's memory to a charity of their choice.
