HAROLD MOGLOVE It is with profound sadness that the family of Harold Moglove (Mogey) has passed away very suddenly at his home with his loving wife and son at his side. He will be forever remembered by his wife and High School Sweetheart (Scotty) Evelyn of 65 years, and daughter Honey Sue Springut (Joey) and son Floyd. He will be greatly missed by his adoring grandchildren, Joel Markovits, Alan Markovits, Sean Moglove, Arleigh Moglove and great-granddaughter Lucia Rose Markovits, as well as many nieces and nephews in Canada, USA and England. He was born February 7, 1922 in the north end of the city, and upon graduating from St. John's High School, he enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force. After serving five years, he received a medical discharge and went into the family furniture business till his retirement. He lived an energetic and full life with his wife who was his one true love and she his, whom he adored. His whole life was centered around the love and welfare of his family. He will be missed by all who knew him, be it from business, fishing, bowling to Masonary. He was predeceased by his daughter-in-law Karen, his parents, Joseph and Esther, two brothers, Sam and Monte, as well as his in-laws Hershel and Hinda Mozersky. Funeral services were at the Etz Chayim Synagogue with interment at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery on May 15, 2007. Pallbearers who laid him to his final and peaceful rest were Joel and Alan Markovits, Sean Moglove, Howard Collermen, Alan Wolfman and his son-in-law Dr. Joseph Springut.
