DENNIS WILLIAM TKATCHUK We regret to announce the sudden passing of Dennis William Tkatchuk on Thursday, June 14, 2007 at the age of 54 years. Dennis is survived by his loving family, two daughters, Lindsey Forsyth and Caraliegh Willis of Calgary, AB, his mother Anne Tkatchuk of Yorkton, SK, one sister Shirley (Doug) Flett of North Delta, BC, one grandson Ethan Forsyth, four nephews, Jason (Michelle) Flett, Wayne Flett, Jake, Eli and one niece Sophia. Dennis was predeceased by his father Bill Tkatchuk in 2005. A Celebration of Dennis's life will be held on Friday, July 6, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Yorkton Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Inurnment will follow. In lieu of flowers those friends wishing to make memorial contributions in memory of Dennis may do so to the Saskatchewan Heart and Stroke Foundation.
