DORA LUHOWY Dora Luhowy of Rossburn, Manitoba passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at the Rossburn Health Centre at the age of 96 years. Dora is survived by her sons, Melvin (Jennie) Luhowy of Rossburn, Stanley (Lydia) Luhowy of Rossburn, Morley (Evelyn) Luhowy of Winnipeg, Zane (Elsie) Luhowy of Rossburn, Nelson (Anne) Luhowy of Rossburn and Donald (Lavina) Luhowy of Grandview; 18 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; sister Nellie Lazaruk of Rossburn and brother Peter Yaskiw of Winnipeg. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 29, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. from the Sacred Heart of Jesus Ukrainian Catholic Church, Rossburn with Fr. Edward Danylo Evanko officiating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Rossburn and Area Foundation.
