JOYCE HELENE SWENSON (nee PINDER) Peacefully on Friday, June 22, 2007, Joyce passed away at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 67 years. Remaining to forever cherish Joyce's memory are her loving husband John; her seven children, Ed, Bob, Doug (Corinna), Brenda (Colleen), Barb, Mag and Mark; four grand-children, Steven, Matthew, Liam and Sydney; brother Roland; as well as her sisters, Aldea and Rosemary. Joyce was born in Prince Albert, SK on August 28, 1939. She met her beloved husband John in Inwood, MB and then resided in Winnipeg until her passing. Joyce and John would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on the day she left us. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, gardening, music and loved a good book. Joyce was an extremely loving, compassionate and kind hearted woman. She always had a smile and her kind spirit will be sadly missed. A private service was held on June 27. In honour of Joyce's memory, donations will be gratefully accepted at the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200 - 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3L 0K6.
