ALICE MAE BODIE September 3, 1916 - June 30, 2007 On Saturday, June 30, 2007, Mae Bodie, aged 90 years, of Carman, Manitoba, passed away peacefully at the Boyne Lodge. Mae leaves to mourn her passing her nephews, Ted White of Chilliwack, BC, Larry (Virginia) Bodie of Calgary, Alberta, Lee Bodie of Carmacks, YK, Reid (Janice) Bodie of Qualicum Beach, BC, Bob (Jody) Last of Carman, Manitoba; and her nieces, Sheena (Kelly) Burr of Seibert, CO, and Edith (Wayne) Smith of Carman, Manitoba. She is also survived by many great- and great-great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Jack and sister-in-law Kay, sisters, Joan and Jean, and brothers-in-law, Alex White and Stan Last. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. from the Church of Christ in Carman, Manitoba, with Dale Elford officiating. Interment will take place at the Greenwood Cemetery, Carman. Viewing will take place from Doyle's Funeral Chapel, Carman, on Wednesday, July 4, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Boyne Lodge Courtyard, Box 1644, Carman, MB R0G 0J0.
