CLAIRETTE TRUDEAU (nee TETREAULT) December 14, 1934 - June 30, 2007 Peacefully, on Saturday, June 30, 2007, at the Villa Youville, Clairette passed away at the age of 72 years. Clairette was predeceased by her beloved Roland; her parents, Olivier and Marie Louise; sisters, Irene and Georgette; brothers, Jean and Paul, as well as several brothers and sisters-in-law. She leaves to cherish her memory daughter Jo-Ann (Rick Finney); son Denis (Helen) and granddaughter Heidi of Pitt Meadows, BC. She also leaves to mourn sisters, Jeanne Mousseau, Olive (Jos Ferland), Louise Gagne, Irma, Rachelle Hausauer; brothers, Lucien (Rose), Oril (Fleurette), Yvon (Robin), Claude (Vicky), as well as brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Mom worked at St. Boniface Hospital Emergency for 25 years, seeing the department grow from a clinic to a fully computerized Trauma Centre. She was proud of her role in assisting her staff into the computer age. Outside of work, she loved the Jets, Bombers and Goldeyes. She also spent many years at the family cottage at Lee River Falls. Mom was famous for her sucre a la crème, tourtiere and butter tarts. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 5, 2007 at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 778, Rue Archibald. Interment will be held at a later date in Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Clairette's memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 200 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 9Z9 or to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10 - 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 9Z9.
