ROSARIO OMER FONTAINE (ROSAIRE-ROSS) October 17, 1916 - July 2, 2007 Peacefully on Monday, July 2, 2007, Rosaire Fontaine, beloved husband of the late Lucienne Fontaine (née Gauthier), passed away at the Ste. Anne Hospital at the age of 90 years. Rosaire was predeceased by his beloved wife Lucienne (2001); his daughter Yvonne in infancy; his son Denis (2006); his parents Omer and Emma; his brother Jean; and sister Marie Jeanne. He is lovingly remembered by his son Louis (Bernice); daughter-in-law Lucille; son Roger (Marilyn); daughters, Cecile Malo (Steve) and Simonne Desrochers (Al White). Rosaire also leaves to cherish his memory 12 grandchildren and their families including 17 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Soeur Rose Anna Fontaine; and sister-in-law Thérèse Fontaine; as well as numerous nephews and nieces. The family would like to thank Mme. Celeste Therrien for the kindness and companionship she showed our Dad over the past two years. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 East and Navin Rd., with viewing one hour prior to service. Rev. Fr. Armand Le Gal, o.m.i., presiding. Interment will follow in Ste. Anne Cemetery, Ste. Anne, Manitoba.
