DORIS MORISSETTE Peacefully, at the Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, July 4, 2007, Mrs. Doris Morissette of Fannystelle, MB passed away at the age of 45 years. She leaves to mourn her best friend Gerry Simonson of Fannystelle; their beloved daughter Elizabeth (Lizzy) Morissette; her mother Therese (nee Godin); one sister Diane (Gary) Meadows; three brothers: Vic (Robin), Lionel (Mavis), and Yvon (Kelly); one sister-in-law Penny Morissette; two step-daughters: Michelle (Rodney) Kippen and Janice (Gordon) Thomaschewski; one step-son Elliott (Kathy) Simonson and their families; and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father Ubald Morissette in 2005 and by one brother Aurel in 2006. With respect for Doris' wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral Services will be held in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Starbuck, MB on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Deb Moroz officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Elizabeth Morissette Trust Fund, Starbuck or Headingley Credit Union, Children's Wish Foundation or to a charity of choice.
