LUCIE MARCHAND (nee LECOCQ) October 3, 1914 June 28, 2007 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Lucie Marchand at the age of 92 years. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Laurette Marentette (Don), Lucien Brodeur (Marilyn) and Lucille Conrad (Don), 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She also leaves her sister Yvonne Préfontaine (Réal); her brothers, Edouard and François Lecocq, as well as nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Lucie was predeceased by her husband Dollard Brodeur, father of her children, and husband Alphonse Marchand; a daughter Solange Aubry and son-in-law Bernard Aubry; son Roger Brodeur and daughter-in-law Vimy; granddaughter Lynne Conrad; her sisters, Germaine Desrochers, Simone Kibzey and Jacqueline Campbell. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Précieux-Sang Roman Catholic Church, 200 Kenny Street, with Father Maurice Jeanneau presiding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Centre Taché Spiritual Care, 185 Despins Street, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2B3.
