LEONARD ROY HAWKINS 1928 - 2007 On Sunday, July 8, 2007, at the Poseidon Care Centre, Len Hawkins passed away at the age of 79 years. Len was predeceased by his longtime partner Darlene. Left to cherish Len are his son Ron Hawkins; daughters, Barb Pretty and Linda Thomson; five grandchildren, Lindsay, Jade, Kahla-Olivia, Jarrett and Graeme, whom are all from Winnipeg. Also survived by brothers, Norm (Diane), Gord (Delores); sisters-in-law, Simone and Margaret; along with numerous nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends. Len was employed with the Timothy Eaton Company for 20 years and was also a member of the No. 1 Royal Canadian Legion. The family would like to express much gratitude and thanks to Gord Larsen, Wayne Bardal, Rod Carpenter and all of those who stood by Leonard in his last few years.
