Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY VOTH (nee UNGER) 1916 - 2007 On July 7, 2007, at Concordia Hospital, surrounded by family, Mom gently passed into the hands of her Lord at the age of 91 years. Mom was predeceased by her beloved husband, Rev. Jacob B in July 1998, after 59 years of a wonderful marriage; also daughter Lena in 1943, and granddaughter Eva Spence in 1987. Survived by three daughters, Anne (Ken) Douma, Irene (Clarence) Wagner, Tina (Erwin) Letkeman; four sons, Otto (Eleanor Dobranski), Arthur (Kuan Sing), Harold, Albert (Brigitta). She was a loving Oma to 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, also two sisters, Kay and Anne Unger. She lovingly dedicated many years to her family and faithfully supported her husband in his ministry. She spent endless hours quilting, crocheting and knitting for her family. She was famous for her special soups, chocolate pie, raisin bread and Saskatoon platz, also for her hangers and dish clothes. Special thanks to Dr. Fletcher, Dr. Abdulrehman and Concordia staff on 3 East and 1 North. As well, many thanks to the homecare workers at Donwood. Thanks for the great care! Special thanks to her son Harry for lovingly looking after her for so many years. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Schoenfelder Mennonite Church, # 2256 - Provincial Highway # 26. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. Viewing Wednesday, July 11, 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a devotional at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg, and at the church prior to the service.
