ROBERT GEORGE HALL It is with deep sadness our family announces the sudden passing of Robert George Hall on July 8, 2007. Bob leaves to mourn and cherish his memory three daughters, Lorraine Cebryk, Janet Mondor (Guy) of Edmonton and Kelli Hall (Kevin Goebel); two granddaughters, Amber Mondor (Ken Arter) and Ashley Mondor (Chris Krieger); great-granddaughter Lindsey Mondor-Krieger, all of Edmonton; and sister Thelma Ribchester (Robert) of Yorkton. Bob was predeceased by his sister Norma Kizuik and her husband William; and his parents Horace and Edna Hall of Dauphin. Bob was born October 13, 1934, in Dauphin and moved to Winnipeg in 1954 where he married and started his family. Bob was employed at Johnston Terminal/MacCosham for 40 years until he retired in 1996. Bob enjoyed his summer place at Wendigo, fishing, spending time with family and friends and wine-making. He also enjoyed his involvement with the Appleton Estates Seniors' Club. He was an avid reader and enjoyed his long daily walks. Bob was a quiet, compassionate and caring man who will be sadly missed by all. According to his wishes there will be no formal service; however, a celebration of his life will be held for family and friends on Friday, July 13 between 1:30 p.m. at 3:30 p.m. at 133 Niakwa Road, 17th floor. The family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to Gary and Drena Gledhill and everyone at Wendigo for all their efforts attending to our Dad. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A private interment will take place at a later date.
