RUTH PATRICIA MUIRHEAD April 20, 1925 - July 10, 2007 On Tuesday, July 10, 2007, Mom passed away peacefully at the Deer Lodge Centre at the age of 82 years surrounded by her family. Remaining to forever cherish Mom's memory are her children Lori (Chris) Wren, Linda Muirhead, Bill (Belinda) Muirhead; grandchildren Sally (Ben) Haignere, Kevin Gerelus, Christopher Wren, Lisa Wren, Michelle (Brad) Sparrow, Courtney Muirhead and Michael Muirhead; as well as great-grandchildren Tyson and Tyler Gerelus. She was predeceased by granddaughter Kelly Lynn Gerelus in 1974. Mom had spent her last five years living at Deer Lodge Centre under their loving care. If you walk those halls you can spot her in one of the many pictures posted on the walls from all of the activities she attended. She always had a big smile for the camera and whoever met her will never forget her big blue eyes - always sparkling but with a hint of mischief. A memorial service for Mom will be held on Friday, July 13 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sturgeon Creek United Church, 207 Thompson Drive. The family would like to thank the staff at Deer Lodge Centre for all of their love and caring over the years and especially these last few weeks. We know Mom appreciated each and every one of you.
