KATHERINE GRACIE (VOGT) 1925 - 2007 On July 11, 2007, Katherine Gracie passed away peacefully. Katherine was born in 1925 on a farm near Gretna, Manitoba, to George and Mary Vogt. She was the fourth daughter in a family of eight girls and one boy. She married Edgar Gracie in 1967. Katherine was predeceased by her loving husband Edgar, daughter Pauline, son Laurence, granddaughter Catherine, sister Anne, and her parents. She is survived by her son Kenneth (Philip), son Allan (Kathy), daughter-in-law Brenda, grandchildren Elizabeth, Jonas, Aaron, and Kieran. She will be missed by her loving sisters Justina, Mary, Helen, Nita/Nettie, Elma (Alvin), Ledda (Victor), brother George (Mary), and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral to be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at Springs Church. Donations in Katherine's honour may be sent to Springs Inner City Ministries or the Fire Fighters' Burn Fund.
