DONALD ALLEN JOHNSON May 23, 1951 - July 14, 2007 On Saturday, July 14, 2007, Don Johnson, aged 56 years, passed away at the Boundary Trails Health Centre near Winkler, MB. Don lived and grew up in Starbuck, MB, but spent the last 15 years residing in Vancouver, BC. Don will be lovingly remembered by his mother Doreen Johnson, and his daughters, Jennifer and Krista Johnson. Also left to cherish his memory are his three brothers and their families; Bob and Tamie Johnson, and their children, Michael, Bradley and Ria (Julia, Taylor, Cameron, and William), Erin and Ryan (Matthew, and Morgan), and David; Reg and Donna Johnson, and their children, Colin, and Cory and Launa (Avery, and Logan); Greg and Lorelei, and their children, Ryan, Karleigh, Cody, and Brayden. He was predeceased by his father Sveinn Johnson. Don loved to travel and was spontaneous in his activities. He was always on schedule in his last minute decisions. He enjoyed photography, fishing, carpentry and spending time with his family. Don was loved and will be missed by all. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Starbuck Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Deborah Moroz officiating. Interment will follow at the Starbuck Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St. Winnipeg, MB, R3C 2B7. Doyle's Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
