LYNN MARLENE FUNK May 17, 1952 - July 15, 2007 After a lengthy courageous battle with cancer, Lynn passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2007 with family at her side. Lynn is survived by her loving husband, Floyd of 24 years; children, Kenneth (Michaela), Candace (Trevor), and one granddaughter Jamison Lyn. She is also survived by her mother Mary Naturkach; sisters, Susan Naturkach, Patti Keillor (Lyle); nephew Michael Keillor; brothers, Richard and Steven. Lynn also leaves to mourn many nieces and nephews as well as extended family and friends. Lynn was predeceased by her father Nick Naturkach and her brother David Naturkach. Lynn was born and raised in the Winnipeg area. She was a very accomplished hair stylist and was always willing to get out her scissors to accommodate family and friends. Her beautiful art work was a great diversion for her pain and a wonderful pastime in her last few years. She was a very caring and loving person who was always willing to lend an ear. Her most favourite time was at their summer retreat at the lake walking their beloved dogs along the beach. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Concordia Hospital. Their kindness will always be remembered. A celebration of Lynn's life will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 10:00 a.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street.
