MARC DAVID DUCHARME With broken hearts and the greatest sadness we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend Marc David Ducharme aged 30 years, on Tuesday, July 17, 2007. Marc will be forever loved and deeply missed by his parents Allan and Dale Ducharme; sisters, Jolene (Claude) Manaigre, Stacey (Randal) Bonneteau; grandmothers, Shirley Grouette (Octave Ross) and Leona Ducharme; uncle Gary Ducharme; special niece and nephew, Breanne and Brayden Manaigre; as well as numerous friends in Lorette, Toronto and Montreal. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Rene Ducharme and Joseph Grouette; as well as his auntie Moe Ducharme. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on January 10, 1977, Marc attended Lorette Collegiate, and upon graduation he worked for VIA Rail which took him from Winnipeg to Toronto and onto Montreal where he made many close friends. He most recently moved back to Winnipeg to be closer to family and pursue a career in sales at IDC Communications. Marc will be remembered for his distinct laugh, quick wit and charming good looks . He had a heart of gold and would do anything to help family or friends in need. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, July 23 at 3:00 p.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, 710 Roanoke Street, Transcona with Rev. Frs. Owen Steeves and Robb McDougall presiding. A private family interment will be held in Green Acres Cemetery at a later date. A special thanks to Marc's friends, George, Paul, Lisa, Sophie and Jen. Also, special thanks to Rev. Fr. Owen Steeves and Rev. Fr. Robb McDougall. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marc's memory may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation, 350 St. Mary's Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 3Z7.
