HELEN ELIZABETH PACZYNSKI (TURK) October 1, 1915 July 20, 2007 It is with great sadness that the family of Helen Paczynski announces her passing at the age of 91 at Brampton, Ontario. Helen is survived by her beloved children; son Walter (Sandra) Saskatoon, SK; grandsons, Brad (Shelley) and David (Melissa) and granddaughter Lisa (Jon Greuel); daughter Janice (Robert Brow) Brampton, ON; granddaughter Andrea (Darren Van Dyk); grandsons, Roger (Becky) and Kevin (Anne) and son Ted (Heather) Winnipeg, MB and granddaughters, Kathleen and Leah. Helen was especially proud of her five great-granddaughters Hanna, Dana, Marlo, Kaelyn and Lena. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and members of the Frank Paczynski family. Helen was predeceased by her husbands, Walter Turk and Frank Paczynski; her parents, Alexander and Marcella Grabowski and three brothers and a sister. Helen was a long time parishioner of St. Alphonsus Church and a hard working and faithful member of the Catholic Women's League. Helen will be remembered for her special talents for clothes designing and creating wedding and bridesmaid gowns for many members of her family. She also spent countless hours in her garden, tending her vegetables and flowers. Her yard was always a showcase right up to her 90th year. Prayers will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street on Tuesday July 24, at 7:00 p.m. with Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday July 25, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church corner of Munroe and Brazier. Interment at Holy Ghost Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CNIB 1080 Portage Ave. Winnipeg, MB R3G 3M3 or to a charity of your choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
