KATHERINE OLSEN (nee KLIMCHUK) 1916 2007 Kay left us on July 20, 2007 at the age of 91 years to be with her Lord and her loving husband, Ralph who predeceased her in 1993, as well as many other relatives, parents and friends, whom she loved dearly. Kay leaves to mourn her passing numerous nephews, nieces and their extended families. Kay was born in Winnipeg on March 2, 1916, serving with the R.C.A.F. during the Second World War. She worked as a clerk and courtroom stenographer with the Winnipeg Police Department for 40 years. She was a very caring person who enjoyed the fellowship of her friends and family. Kay was a member of the St. Stephens Anglican Church as well as The Prince Edward Royal Canadian Legion Branch #81, The Red Hat Society, and her passionate work with The Good Neighbours Senior Centre. Viewing will be held on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., located at 984 Portage Avenue (Aubrey Street Entrance). Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Neil Bardal Inc.
