Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCECIL DEALEY On Thursday, July 26, 2007, Cecil Dealey passed away at the age of 94 years. Cec was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Irene. He is survived by his two sons, Gary (Lorna) and their children, Shawn and Kristin; Doug (Heather) and their children, Emma and Ian. Cec was born in Kerrobert, SK, on May 5, 1913, the fifth of five children. His family moved to Winnipeg at an early age. Cec enjoyed his family, the time spent at home and summers at Winnipeg Beach. His career at the Hudson's Bay Co. spanned 42 years. Thanks to all who provided care to Cec over the last years of his life. A celebration of Cec's life was held on Wednesday, August 1, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Services, 2146 Main Street, with Rev. Cathie Waldie officiating. Interment followed at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Cec can be made to Epilepsy Manitoba, 301-309 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3B 2J8.
