RODNEY (ROD) BRUCE CAMPBELL With great sadness, the family announces his passing on July 23, 2007. Rod was born in Cypress River in 1934. He married Rosealind in Winnipeg in 1955, and they had three children whom they raised in Fort Richmond. He was an involved and caring father, an amazing grandfather, and much loved husband, brother and uncle. He worked for Agriculture Canada as a cereal technician for 35 years, where he was also very active in the PSAC Union. Rod was an avid curler for many years, and enjoyed golf as well. He and Roz regularly wintered in Mexico, and in retirement he continued to travel and make friends everywhere, from Spruce Woods to the Arizona desert. Rod was warm and welcoming to all, gentle, generous, honest and dependable. His presence made any gathering special, and will be greatly missed. Left to remember him are his wife Roz; daughters, Allison and Karen (Bob); daughter-in-law Christine; grandchildren, Eric, Chloe, and Ella; and numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son Bruce in 2005. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
