Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJULIANNA STEPHANIE HENDERSON (nee FEDOROWICH) March 18, 1935 - July 29, 2007 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we regretfully announce the passing of Julia - beloved mother, sister and grandmother. Julia passed away peacefully on July 29, 2007, at St. Boniface Hospital, with her family by her side, at the age of 72. Julia was predeceased by her parents Anna and Stephen; brothers, Dennis and Edward; nephew Terry; and her partner Gilbert Brisbois. Julia is survived by her children, Vicki, Bill, Ron, Mark and Michael; sisters, Mary Connolly (Bernie) and Pat McNab; sisters-in-law, Rose and June; grandchildren, Jason, Lydia, Laura and Levon; and her great-grandson Raiden who arrived just in time to meet his great-Baba. In spite of the many challenges that Julia faced in her life, she was a woman of uncompromising resolve, unbending optimism and boundless generosity. Her defining characteristic was her unwavering love of her family. There was nothing she wouldn't do for her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her mischievous spark with a grin to match. Julia may not have had a lot of opportunities to do what she wanted, but she had a tremendous impact on everyone who knew her. Having faced numerous challenges that would deplete the best of us, she persevered and always found the inner resolve to enjoy life wherever and whenever she could. Julia, Baba, touched all of our lives and we will deeply miss her and keep her close in our hearts. We will remember her warmth, her smile, her caring, and her spirit will forever inspire and comfort us. As Julia is reunited with her family on the other side, may her soul find peace, and may she be well and whole again. The family would like to sincerely thank everyone who has cared for Julia over the years, in particular the staff at Malvern House, Beacon Hill Lodge, and the St. Boniface Hospital. Service, and interment to her resting place alongside her mother, will be held Tuesday, August 7 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul. Reception to follow at grandson's home. Cremation has taken place. Sadly missed and forever fondly remembered
