OLLIE WESTON On July 31, 2007, Ollie Weston passed away at Concordia Hospital, aged 73 years. It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Ollie after a courageous battle with cancer. Ollie was the beloved wife of Clarence, cherished stepmother to son Ron (Cheryl), daughters Sharon (Dan Zarazun), Wendy and grandmother to seven grandchildren: Shane, Amber, Amanda, Dane, Heather, Kirsty, and Jeff. Ollie is survived by brothers, Frank (Gerri), Walter (Lorraine), Wayne, sister Nellie and nephew Gary Halliday (Marilyn), and their children Del (Rhonda) and Andrea (Adam). Ollie touched the hearts of all who knew her, and will be missed by the many relatives and friends who loved her very much. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Concordia Hospital for their help and support, and the staff of Cropo Funeral Chapel. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 9, at 10:00 a.m., at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society / Manitoba.
