DONALD EARL PHILLIPS October 27, 1922 August 4, 2007 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather on August 4, 2007 at the age of 84. Earl was predeceased by his parents, T.A (Thomas) and Annie Phillips; brothers Milt and Bob; sister-in-law Margaret Phillips and brother-in-law Jim Allison. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 63 years, Florence (Biddie); his sons, Tom (Kathy), Don (Irene), Gerald, Rick (fiancé Shirley), and daughter Darlene (Ray); 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; his sister Muriel Allison of Morden, sister-in-law Olive Phillips of Stonewall as well as many family members and friends. A private graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 8 at 2:00 p.m. in Fairview Cemetery at Roland. Following the graveside service, a celebration of Earl's life will be held in the Roland Memorial Hall at 3:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada (Manitoba Branch), the Roland United Church, Box 179, Roland, MB.
