EVELYN MCEACHERN Peacefully on Wednesday, August 8, 2007, at the Portage General Hospital, Evelyn McEachern, widow of the late Ron McEachern, and dear mother of Vaughn, Lawrence, Brian and Wendy, passed away after a courageous two year battle with cancer. Prayers will held on Sunday, August 12 at 4:00 p.m. in the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Portage la Prairie. Memorial Mass will be celebrated by Father Michael Wollbaum on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m., also in Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Reception will follow the mass. If friends so desire, contributions to Central Plains Cancer Care Services, 318 Saskatchewan Ave. East, Portage la Prairie, R1N 0K8, or Sunset Palliative Care, P.O.
