ANDREW DENNISON (DENNY) MINARY The family of Denny Minary sadly announces his peaceful passing with his family by his side on August 1, 2007. He was born on October 12, 1935 on the family farm to Roy and Beryl and lived there most of his life. He had a great love for family, music and the farm. We were able to celebrate 100 years on the Minary homestead in 1999. Denny played for many dances with the Rocatones and Denny's Trio. He loved nature and spent many hours walking in the Souris River Valley which ran through his land. He also created a family web site and spent long hours on genealogy. The Minary family will always be grateful to have those records He leaves to mourn his wife Marlene; sister Donna (Ron Lowry); nieces Brenda (Don) Wandowich and Court, Patti (Brian) Rankine Matthew, Alan, and Michael , Pam (Eric) Montford) Michelle and Christine. Also Marlene's family of Fern (Glen) Rae, June (Phil) Seddon, Marlene and Jessie Butterfield, Bill Haggerty, and close friends Bill and Isobel Tjaden. Also many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother and father; infant sister and brother-in-law Armand Godard, also Marlene's family of Jim, Dale and Frank Butterfield and Mazie Haggerty. A graveside service was held August 7th at the Patterson Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Denny's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave. Room 0N1160, Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9. Many thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for all the wonderful things you did for our family. Special thanks to Doug and Darlene Boake. It was truly appreciated and never will be forgotten.
