EDEN NICOLSON (O'DOWDA) -
Date of Passing: Aug 06, 2007
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDEN NICOLSON (O'DOWDA) 1971 - 2007 It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce that the world has lost a special person and heaven has gained an angel. Our beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt and very special friend, Eden, left us suddenly, at the place she loved the most, the family cottage at Sandy Hook, on Monday, August 6, 2007. Eden was greeted in heaven with open arms by her father Jim, father-in-law Lee, grandfather Bert Bateman, her very close friend Cindy Sheard, and other aunts and uncles. Eden will be sadly missed by her husband Jeff Clark and family, mother Bernice, sister Tara Reimer (Ruby, Tom, Amber, Miranda and Thomas Simpkins), brother Jim (James), sister Shireen Paikai (Elsworth, Breanna and Seth), sister Morgan Carson (Donald and Joseph), brother Sean (Catherine, Brendan, and Camryn), along with numerous cousins, and very special friends. Eden's hugs, kisses and warm heart will be missed by all who were honoured to have her touch their lives. She was born and raised in St. James and attended St. James Collegiate. Some of her jobs included working at Robin's Donuts and a cleaner on the Military Base. Eden had an incredible smile that would light up a room and an unforgettable laugh that would make you laugh when you heard it. Her many passions included baking her famous cookies, to share with family and friends. She spent many hours in her gardens at the lake and at Lavenham. Cremation has taken place. A memorial celebrating Eden's life will be held at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway, on Monday, August 13, at 2:00 p.m., with a luncheon to follow. Flowers are gracefully declined. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Arthritis Society, or the Humane Society. Eden, you have touched each of our lives so deeply and we will cherish the remarkable memories of you forever, until we meet again. We love you.
