Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE BROWN 1935 - 2007 George Brown passed away on August 14, 2007 in the Selkirk and District General Hospital. He was born in London, Ontario on September 27, 1935. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Catherine Brown (nee Amos), and Cecil and Julie, his elder brother and sister. George served in the Canadian Military, Infantry Division, and after discharge worked as a long distance truck driver until his retirement. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 17, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in the Selkirk Mental Health Centre with the Reverend Mary Holmen officiating. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
