He is survived by his mother Christine and father Doug (Anita), five siblings, Shawn, Ashley, Richelle, Josh and Allan, and numerous other relatives. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford. Freddie will be missed.
