Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRANDY JAMES SAMBORSKI September 3, 1965 - August 11, 2007 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the accidental and sudden passing of Randy. He was predeceased by both his parents John and Joyce. Randy was born in Gimli, the youngest of their four children. He is survived by his brother Jack (Leslie) of Fraserwood and their children Krista (Doug) and their child Alissa of St. Agathe, Tisha (Dave) and their children Brittany and Tyson of Selkirk, and Jamie (Jenn) of Winnipeg; his only sister Linda Baniuk (Don) and their son Keith (Brenda) and their son Kevin of Winnipeg; brother Jerry and his daughter Amanda of Winnipeg. Randy is also survived by his children Corrin and John Paul of Gimli, Christina of Clear Lake, and Dakota of Arborg. Randy leaves behind numerous relatives and friends including his childhood and best friend Darrin Zalys. Randy was employed in the carpentry and masonry field for over 20 years. Randy's true family and friends were his support and foundation. Those who were close to him found a sincere, confident ear to listen and a strong shoulder to lean on. He possessed a natural gift of gab and made friends easily, from elders to Babas to children and every age in between. Randy always fit in where earth and winds carried him. He was usually the life of the party and could spin a tale taller with the best of them. Those who understood and knew him will miss the loving, caring, trustworthy, loyal man that we knew was Randy James Samborski. Most important and closest to his heart were his children who he spoke of with pride and love. They were always in his thoughts and his love for them is and always will be infinite. A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 20, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Gimli. Rest in Peace Randy, dear brother, father, uncle and friend. Gilbart Funeral Home, Gimli in care of arrangements.
