ANTHONY (TONY) TOMPA 1930 - 2007 On Wednesday, August 15, 2007, Tony passed away at the Misericordia Health Centre. Remaining to forever cherish Tony's memory are his wife Valerie, of 37 years of marriage; daughter, April Simmonds; and two grandchildren, Sabrina and Steven. In compliance with Tony's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tony's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2L 1X3. A heart of gold stopped beating Hard-working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove us He only takes the Best.
