SOPHIE MOROZ With deep sadness we announce the passing of Sophie Moroz at the Health Sciences Centre on August 19, 2007, at the age of 82. She is survived by sisters, Stephanie, Helen (Frank); brothers, Henry (Ann), Edward (Fran), and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Rose; sisters, Ollie and Mary; brothers, Walter and Jules. She was born in Poland in 1924, coming to Canada at the age of four with her parents. She worked for Jacob-Crowley for 44 years in the sewing factory. After retirement she resided at Monash Manor for 12 years where she made many friends. She then moved to the Sharon Home where she spent the rest of her days. We would like to thank all the home caregivers during the last few years. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. with interment and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
