JOHN ISAAC WIEBE Peacefully, with family at his side, on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba, John Isaac Wiebe of Portage la Prairie, beloved husband of Ruth passed away at the age of 63 years. Funeral service was held at Solid Rock Ministries Church on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Predeceased by his parents, Peter and Margaret Wiebe and one brother Peter Wiebe. Left behind to live out his legacy until we meet him again is his wife Ruth, his son Jonathon (his number one son) and his wife Michelle of Portage la Prairie and grandchildren, Jared, Jaylin and Callie; his daughter Jacqueline Gold of St Catharines, Ontario, granddaughter Dianna (Lenny) and great-grandchildren, Nygel and Devon; his daughter Josie and son-in-law Pastor Dave Byers, grandchildren, Bryan, Sabrina, Amy, Joel, Steven, Hannah, and also our adopted children, Kurtis (Desi) Woodward and their family. Also surviving are three brothers, Jake (Joyce) of Darlingford, Abe (Joyce) of MacGregor, George (Kathy) of Winkler, two sisters, Marge Dyck of Winnipeg, Anne Bowles of Olds, Alberta and sister-in-law Irma Wiebe of Winnipeg, and many nieces and nephews.
