RONALD ROBERTSON January 5, 1922 August 25, 2007 On August 25, 2007, after a lengthy illness, Ronald, 85, passed away at Concordia Hospital with his family by his side. He was predeceased by his parents James and Robina and his son Glenn. Ronald is survived by his loving wife Marguerite, sons Garry, Grant, and Greg, daughter Heather, grandson James (Lisa) and great-grandson Aiden, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. In his youth, he was active in sports. Ronald played for the E.K. Bisons and the Winnipeg Falcons of the WJHL. After 42 years as a salesman, he retired and enjoyed spending his summers at the family cottage. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 30 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. The family wishes to thank Dr. Johnson and the nurses and staff of Concordia Hospital and his Home Care Workers for their kindness and compassionate care. If friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of their choice.
