JULIETTE MCNAIR (nee PARENT) Peacefully on the sunny Sunday morning of August 26, 2007, Juliette, on the wings of an angel joined our Lord. Juliette, born September 9, 1923, touched the lives of everyone who knew her with her gentle ways and her many acts of kindness. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who shared an exceptionally close relationship with all her children and their families. Predeceased by her loving husband Douglas, her son Edward and brothers Roger and Lionel. She will always be lovingly remembered by her four sisters, Fernande, Angele, Jeannine and Lorraine; her children, Robert (Jennette), Evelyn (Len), Diane (Denis), Marie (Tony), Louise (Denny), Gerald (Lise), David (Joelle), Patricia (Greg), Paul as well as her fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Her life and the warmth of her caring have touched so many. She continued to do volunteer work well into her 80s. Juliette will always be remembered as a true woman of substance, always positive and encouraging with a radiant smile. Mom, thank you for your infinite and unconditional love. Your presence made each moment special. We love you Mom, forever in our hearts. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 30 at Précieux-Sang Church, 200 Kenny Street, at 10:30 a.m. with l'abbé Marcel Carrière officiating. Juliette's family thanks all the staff of Riverview Palliative Care unit for their kindness and compassionate care.
