Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN ALBERT (SPARKY) SHYMANSKI 1923 - 2007 It is with deep sadness and sorrow we announce the sudden passing of a brother, uncle and companion, at the age of 83 years. Albert was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on December 18, 1923. He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Sophie Shymanski, and his brother Walter. He is survived by his sister Ann Watson, his long time companion Dorthy McCran, his nephews Ken Shymanski (Erna) of British Columbia, Patrick Shymanski (Sharon) of Alberta, Grant Watson (Terry), Robert Watson (Donna) of Manitoba. He served in the Second World War in Canada. He also enjoyed driving taxi cab for the last 60 odd years. Sparky enjoyed watching the Young Restless at 5:00 p.m., tinkering with cars, and last but not least his pets, and other animals (dogs favourite). Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, August 31, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
