MOLLIE NAGEL 1914 - 2007 It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, Mollie. She leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory her sister Sue Vandenheede and sister-in-law Mary Meyers; her beloved children, Arthur Nagel and Patricia McGuffin; her grandchildren, Rory (Betty) Nagel, Randy, Ryan and Rick Nagel, Debbie (Al) Stewart, Dennis (Gina) McGuffin and Doug (Vicki) McGuffin; her great-grandchildren, Angela (Andrew) Wickman, Amanda Nagel, Carly Nagel, Denyse (Scott) Blanco, David Stewart, Andrew Stewart, Katelyn McGuffin and Mackenzie McGuffin; and her great-great-grandchild Jocelyn Blanco. She will be greatly missed by her family and by many neighbours and dear friends. Mollie was predeceased by her husband Maurice Nagel; grandson Reece Nagel; her parents, Alexander and Elizebeth Meyers; her sisters, Mary Jackson-Bauer, Kelly Bean and Annie Sydney; her brothers, Alex Meyers and Edward (Midgee) Meyers. Mom worked for many years at Zellers in the pet shop and stockroom. She and Dad spent many summers in the Whiteshell area, camping, beginning in a tent and eventually a trailer. Throughout her life she loved experiencing the outdoors and is remembered as having a lot of fun while doing so. The family extends its appreciation to Dr. Dormer and the staff of Concordia Hospital, 2nd Floor for their heartfelt care. Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Hwy. A reception will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, friends and family are invited to direct donations in Mollie's memory to a charity of your choice.
