EVELINE FRANCES HENDERSON After a courageous battle with Alzheimer's, our mother Eveline, slipped into the arms of her Savior on Saturday, September 1, 2007, at the age of 88 years. Remaining forever to cherish mom's memory are her five daughters, and one son, Brenda (Steve) Higham, Joan (Ernie) Siefke, Carol (Ernie) Muth, Adele (Gerry) Modjeski, Christine (Lindsay) Thompson, Robert William Henderson. Mom is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Eveline was a resident of Vista Park Lodge for the past 5 years in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was born in Manchester, England on August 29, 1919. Eveline came to Canada as a war bride in 1945 after marrying the love of her life William Albin Henderson in May of 1944. Her husband predeceased her in May of 2001 after 57 years of marriage. A funeral service for Eveline will be held on Wednesday, September 5 in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
