GEORGE SWALUK Peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, September 1, 2007 at the East Gate Lodge, Beausejour, Manitoba. George Swaluk aged 96 years beloved husband of the late Rose Swaluk. He is survived by his daughters, Donna Simcoe, Nadine Kwiatkowski (Don) and Theresa Koski; by his brother Nick (Adeline); sisters, Anne, Mary and Tina; grandchildren Denise (Steve), Glenn, Mark, Stacey and Justin, great-granddaughter Giselle as well as numerous nieces and nephews.. George was predeceased by his parents, John and Magda, wife Rose, son-in-law Peter Simcoe; brother Harry; sisters, Martha and Barbara. Mom and Dad farmed in the Cloverleaf area until 1975 when they moved to Beausejour. Dad also worked away from home in carpentry and for the CN Rail. His favorite pastimes were going to garage sales and playing cards. He greatly enjoyed visits from his family and friends. Dad you were always there for us and you'll be forever in our hearts. May you rest in Peace. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from Russell Funeral Home, Beausejour, Manitoba.
