JOSHUA KALEY JACKMAN December 12, 1977 - September 1, 2007 It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful Joshua. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents Louise Halldorsson (Darryl Jeffery) and Jack Jackman (Brenda Angus), his sister and best friend Jade Jackman and his brother Nathaniel Angus Jackman, as well as two stepsisters Kiandra and Pam Jeffery. Josh will be especially missed by his Amma (Gudfinna Reed), Uncle Brian and Aunty Ruth as well as many other family members and close friends. Josh's incredible kindness, intelligence and sense of humour attracted all whom he met. Josh had recently earned his BA from the University of Manitoba and was excitedly making plans to go to Korea to teach English as a second language. He had compassionately worked as a nursing assistant at Riverview and the Health Sciences Centre in the SICU department for several years. Josh's passion for life was expressed in his unique creative style, spending time with family and friends, skateboarding and exploring things culturally and spiritually. His search for the meaning of life was evident in the conversations he had and in his vast collection of books that he read and shared with others. Thank you to Josh's friends for your love and support, visits and sharing your stories. Josh's spirit will live on through you. Please, each of you, consider yourselves to be honorary pallbearers. Josh was much loved and we appreciate all the support from family and friends during this difficult time. Thank you. A celebration of Josh's life will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., on Friday, September 7 at 2:30 p.m. A public visitation will take place an hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the charity of your choice. Love life, love to Live Child of my soul I will miss you beyond words. Mom. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
