HELEN JULIA GLUTING (nee YOUNG) After a brief illness on Friday, September 14, 2007 at Seven Oaks Hospital Mom passed away at the age of 84. Mom was born June 12, 1923 in Thalberg, Manitoba. She'll be sadly missed by her two sons, Sid, Wayne (Brenda); her two daughters, Elaine (Michael), Brenda (Bill); her two grandsons, Dayne and Shane; three sisters, Loretta, Edna (Harold), Leona (Chuck); three brothers Bill (Irene), Leonard (Irma), and Harold (Inez). She will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph, her parents, John and Mary, four sisters, Irene (in infancy), Caroline, Marion and Dorothy; four brothers-in-law, Charlie, Mike, Wally and Rudy. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire donations can be made to a charity of their choice in Mom's memory. We want to thank the nursing staff of the 5th floor, Units 1 2 of Seven Oaks Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2007, 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home. Interment and reception to follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
