KENNETH B. MACFARLANE Passed away peacefully on September 13, 2007 at Health Sciences Centre. Kenneth was born in Sussex Corner, NB. Kenneth is survived by his devoted wife Evelyn, son Bruce (Linda), grandson Michael, granddaughter Brianne of Vancouver and Winnipeg, daughter Betty (David) McNeil of Winnipeg, grandson Bryan (Kim), great-grandson Dylan of Winnipeg, son Brent of Winnipeg, sister Helen MacFarlane of Fredericton, NB and extended family of wife, Evelyn. Kenneth joined the RCMP in March of 1940 and served for 28 years in many communities throughout Manitoba. Upon retiring from the RCMP, Kenneth was an active member of the Veteran's Association and further employed by the Manitoba Government, Administrator of Court Services for 14 years. Kenneth became a member of the Royal Canadian Legion #4 Branch, Member of the Masonic Lodge and Khartum Temple Shrine. Kenneth enjoyed outdoor life for many years, hunting, fishing, curling and golf with friends and family. A private service was held at Kenneth's request on Tuesday, September 18, 2007.
