Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMYRA LANGRELL With deep sorrow, the family is saddened to announce that Myra Langrell passed away on September 14, 2007. She left us peacefully in her sleep after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. Loving wife of Gordon, mother to Michael (Marni) and granddaughter Morgan, and Darryl (Renee), grandson Ethan, and his mother Meagan. Loving sister to Stephanie Hore, Lorraine (Dave) Minaker, Bud Kotelko, and Myron (Alice) Kotelko, and loving aunty to numerous nieces and nephews. Myra was loved dearly by Gordon's family, father Vic Langrell, Grace (Bob) Stein, Ron, Joy, Shirley (Cyril) Irwin, Harold (Lynn), and and many nieces and nephews. Myra was predeceased by parents Fred and Anna, infant brother Terry, and mother-in-law Edna Langrell, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Myra was born March 21, 1951, to Fred and Anna Kotelko. She grew up in Warren where she met and married Gordon. Over their 38 years of marriage, they lived and raised their two sons, welcomed their loving daughters-in-law and cherished the special addition of two grandchildren. Myra dearly loved her family and friends, which were the most important part of her life. Coming from a large family, Myra had many aunts, uncles, and cousins which she cared for fondly. Everyone who knew Myra loved her gracious personality, her unconditional acceptance, and her support. She lived life to the fullest, with love, passion, and a great sense of humour. Myra worked within the community and was a faithful employee of Terraco for many years. Myra was always a wonderful hostess and had a love for music. Her love of reading, outdoors and nature, and gardening were her special pastimes. Myra has a peaceful, loving relationship with God, and was not afraid of death. She was a steadfast comfort to her family and friends. Her example of faith will continue to live on in all who knew her. Everyone who met her loved her. She will be greatly missed by all. Psalm 116:13 I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD. A prayer service will be held at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall, on Saturday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall, on Sunday, September 23 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation, Manitoba Chapter, 350 St. Mary's Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3C 3J2.
